Ok, so I was in Corpus a few months ago and saw a lot of jellies in the bay. Tiny little ones. What is the market for these guys? Or legality of having such a critter.

You need to research the legality of collecting from corpus, not saying you can't, in fact I have no idea, hopefully it'll be pretty similar to Galveston.
Now keeping them if you can collect them is an entirely different matter, you need a tank with such low flowers that it's almost non-existent and keeping them out of filter intakes/overflows/power heads is a job and a half!
