        Update: 3/6/2013
I've added a couple of stems of Blyxa japonica, Annubias nana petite Stardust, and some unknown plant that looks cool.
Also, I rotated the wood and made it in a stair step formation.
Spaced out the plants a little to make space for growth and trimmed the rotala for replanting empty space.
Starting tomorrow, it will start running CO2.

        What is this plant?

Updated the Plant list. Finally got the mystery plant identified by some guy named Luis that I met at City Pets today. It was Pogo erectus grown in soft water.

if thats a magnolia leaf in there, i would remove it and use a couple of oak leaves. the magnolia could be harmful since when alive it has the white milky sap which is poisonous.

That would be indian almond leaf. One of the greatest organic thing you can add to a tank to lower pH and animal health.

                  Update: 3/12/2013
Plants are pearling like crazy with the CO2 added. So far no algae has been spotted yet. Nerites are handling their job pretty well.

UG is starting to grow rapidly and the Blyxa japonica has been melting but are starting to make the recovery.

The tank is now dead. White fungus started growing out of the plant clipping stubbs and now it's taken over the tank. Going to scrap everything and salvage at least the UG, Dipilis, Rotala, and the bacopa.

Sorry to hear that, that fungus in soft water tanks can be a real PITA. Fungicides do appear to work, guess time will tell for how long...
