What seems to be the issue with the shrimp? Tank looks great thus far. What are your parameters? Any need for the heater?

I mean I've bought shrimo from fish gallery twice, and they just die one by one as of now I only have like 3 or 4. I used to have 10+

my water stays at 82 degrees.

Cherry shrimp? 82 is quite warm for all your livestock. We never run heaters on our shrimp tanks unless they are Sulawesi. All the others prefer cooler temps and white clouds are cold water, plants should be fine as well as long as you don't drop below 65 you'll be fine and shrimp might do better. Shrimp might be having issues with the newer tank setup lacking biofilm and perhaps spiking parameters? They are very sensitive to any Ammonia, Nitrite, and higher Nitrates (25+) though neos are the hardiest by far. What species are you trying to keep?

High temps have often killed mine in the past, they don't like anything above a 78. My guess without any hard parameters is temp. They love our hard water and breed like mad once they are established. We kept a small breeding colony alive in a 1/2 gallon flower vase on the kitchen counter with just water changes.
