Can I use the skeleton of a Coral in my tank? If I soak it in water and wash it very well?

Don't see why not as long as it is completely dead so it can't have any deteriorating organic matter, and of course soak it in RO water so there isn't any traces of saltwater or organisms.

It just depends really on what type of shrimp and what sort of set up your tryng to do. Is this a saltwater tank? For fresh some shrimp can deal with hard water and higher Ph, while others can't. I'd need a bit more info to help more

Its for Cardinals I have very soft water here and need something for a buffer and I was thinking about putting moss on it to make it look like a tree.
        Would it be ok?

Perfect! Just was a bit worried it eas for crs. Sulawesi love harder water and higher ph/temp. Moss might work just depends on the temp. Anubias worked in our tank
