Ryan, you would be upset as well if you sent $400 to someone and have not received anything.  I paid you on May 11th and today is July 23rd.  I think that is MORE than adequate time for someone to send a refund.  Its ridiculous actually.   Also, you say we are in "communication"  yet you never answer any of my questions!  When I ask for a refund, you state that you are "sorting things out".

Regardless of how many satisfied customers you have Ryan I don't find it ok to start letting it slip downhill. I have taken notice that the happy customers are also the smaller orders

So i was thinking .... the shirmp/cray niche is so small... we should totally get a co-op going in houston. Then we can rule the world!!!

After hearing more of how Ryan did business and what he did to fill orders I wouldn't mind if this effected his life some.



Poor decisions should burn a little just to keep it fresh in the mind to be learned from.

There's now a long thread about this on Ryan's own forum, and on another forum he's threatening violence to whomever turns up at his place in person to request a refund.

Just thought y'all would want to know if you don't already :)

Hmm.. I wonder how much violence he will do if you show up with a sheriff.   Ie.  here is a summons to court.  Be there or be square.
