You know back a few months ago, you said "THERE ARE LESS THAN 10 PEOPLE I OWE ANYTHING TO" so since you knew of only 10 shipments or less that you owed people money/shrimp to I am thinking that you are owing a lot more people than 10 because you just wrote here... Please write me.. which tells me you are not keeping track which means you have no accounting system which means the next thing we should work on is getting the IRS involved...  See the IRS is going to start asking you for a ton of information..  and more important, your books... if you cannot get your books in order they will simply say you are in trouble..  btw if the IRS has audits you and DO find something wrong with how your books are done...  guess what.. the 3 year paper reduction you can claim just went out of the window.   They can go back as far as they care for.. and is your company a corporation ?  if not then your personal income tax just got nailed too..

Yea this has been beaten to death. Email the police, attorney general, bbb, whoever you wish...

But... if you are owed anything, shrimp or money, please email me. Now is a good time to do this as I have been lucky lately :)

OR... instead of putting these issues and responsibility back on your customers, you could go back through the many threads yourself and see who is upset, match those people to e-mail orders you received and fulfill the orders on your own.

You see, I am not a customer of yours. Not because your site doesn't have items I am interested in but because I have read all the threads on many boards and I know the laws and you sir seem to have no regard for the laws under which your business is to be accountable to. That will catch up to you in spite of all the excuses.

It is your legal (and moral) responsibility to own this and resolve this with all of your customers. Not just the ones that e-mail you, again.

It seems to be extremely counterproductive for me to post in here, but I will continue. Vanson I emailed you back just now. I will be sending emails to others tonight.

If you are not involved in this then maybe stay out of it so there can perhaps be some form of progression towards a resolution. Posting stuff about internet crime and other odd stuff just makes it look more irrational and toxic. The government has their hands full with REAL crooks right now (Wall St) and the disastrous state of the economy so keep out the drama posts. If I really wanted to steal and be a crook I would not have any reason to post here or elsewhere to close the open matters. I have also never blamed anyone else nor am I trying to put the responsibility on other customers. Save the drama for television.

Congrats on your Texans beating the Fins. I knew Shaub was going to run it in. You guys deserved it after last weeks.....

This isn't a multi nation summit for Middle East peace or something. It's a simple matter. Send people what you owe them. No "progression" is necessary. If you want to smooth things over how about YOU post what you owe people and the dates the refunds or merchandise settlements are completed.

You are the one who made this an issue.  By definition you ARE a crook.  I have been reading all of this for months now, and have 'stayed out of it'.  The people you stole from are my friends, and since they have attempted to resolve this with you and have been unsuccessful, as their friend, I can only offer information that they may or may not be aware of.  If you want to make this a dramatic issue, we can do that too.

By the way, offering to return the money you stole and actually doing it are two totally different things.  Offering to return the money and not doing it still makes you a criminal.  This is not my opinion, I have nothing against you personally.  This is simply a fact.

That's fine.  You don't have to post here for your customers to get a resolution.  However, I will continue to offer to my friends any and all ways they can get their money back.
