Get a big pump like a mag24 and on your return have a spray bar shotting across the surface for oxygen. I have a 3 uv steralizers I'm not using. I will give you one. If that pond get's direct sun it will turn green quick. A big dump filter will add a ton of oxygen also. I really like this set up and wish I could help more. Your pond is very nice.

Cool, that was one peice of equipment I din't have my hands on yet. I got a pump on the way from HAW, it supposed to turn over like 1600+GPH. I got a bucket filter with media, bio-balls, and filter floss with and airator in the top pond. Figured it was the best place to put it without making it an eye soar in the big pond. Got a good amount of floating plants...three different sizes of duckweed, frog bit, najas, hornwort, and salvinia, with more on the way. I got the 2217, I think I am going to hide on the backside of the little pond, and hook up from the medium to the little...just to help polish it. As soon as the pump from HAW gets here, I can do more to set it up...right now I am working on consealing the PVC from the medium to the large, and making a toad ramp so the toads that keep dropping in, can get out too.

Maybe before you set your rocks bury a 1" PVC return line from the last pond to the one against the house.

Was planning on that, but still waiting on pump to get here from HAW. As soon as I get the pump, I will figure out where the plumbing is going, and after it is in line, I will biuld the pathway. Right now, I got the 2217 going just to get it established and work the water. Going to Bastrop in an hour to go to Home Depot for some stuff hubby needs, figured I would "shop around" for anything I might could use for the pond. Thanks for all the help and support...this has been the biggest project I have done fish wise in awhile.
