Pond dirt

When i go to dig my pond What do i do with the dirt?

I got with my neighbors and filled in low spots in their yards. But I did have to haul a bunch of it off. That was the hardest thing, getting ride of the dirt.

Would landscape places that sell dirt/soil take it? And where did you put your dirt after?
