Temperatures

I have a group of goldfish/koi inside right now. I couldn't imagine leaving them outside when the tanks froze over as they did last year. Anyway, the tank they are in right now has a temperature of 70 degrees. The tank outside that I am looking to put them back into has a temperature of only a little over 60 degrees. Do you think it would be safe to float them and put them in the new tank? If so how long should I let them float? Or how warm should I try to let it get? Thanks!

I would float them for about 20mins and then do a drip acclimation for probably another 20-30mins
