Help Starting

My Fiance and I are starting a 10G goldfish tank. Is there a good place locally to get a nice fancy goldfish that isnt expensive? Also what kinds of substrate would you suggest?

Are you planning on upgrading at a later date ? 10G will be small for multiple adult goldfish imho. Might be ok for small ones though for a bit.

Ive only been to ADG and Fish R Us and both are really good stores.
