If I were to go on vacation for a week, how could I keep my bettas fed? I have 25 bettas and they are in jars, so I can't use those vacation feeders.

Heavy feed them right up to the vacation.. Make sure they are nice and plum.. then go on vacation and when you come home they will be hungry, but not dead.

Typically I skip feeding my show bettas on sunday.
pack and ship them on monday
they arrive on thursday and are put in clean water for the show on friday.
Sunday after the show & auction they are packed
and shipped back to me on monday
with a little luck I get them on wednesday.
And feed them all they want after they're back in their beanny boxes.
Haven't lost any in the last 2 years.

I would think just feed them as normal and then make sure they have clean water before you leave.
