where to find current local betta breeders.

I was looking to breed some bettas this summer for fun (did so 10+ years ago). Any local breeders here with full size females? most local shops don't sell the females and if they do, they are tiny and about 3 months away from being fertile enough to breed.

I would prefer a nicer strain but realistically most would be acceptable. Thanks for any help.
