  • Looking for Tequila Sunrise guppies

Looking for Tequila Sunrise guppies, I live in the northwest area at 249 and 1960, if anyone knows where I can find some it'd be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

    Kadz,
Keep an eye out at the Petsmart at 1960 and 249.  That's where we got our Tequila's last year.  Or, if you're interested, I have about 20 young from a Tequila male to a red/orange female(s) that have the potential to turn out beautiful.  No charge for these.  You just gotta come get 'em    The good news is, I'm probably not far from you.  I'm two miles east of 249 on Louetta.

Right now the young are gold/yellow, but I have a male or two from last year's crop in the main tank (my 7 yr. olds tank) and they are quite striking. Lots of red/orange with a nice shimmer to their color.

Just send me a pm or email me at lpomfret@houston.rr.com.  I can provide some pictures if you're interested.

    Thanks,
    Liane

I saw a tank of them at Fish R Us on 242 last Friday. You might call to verify before the drive out.

Fish Gallery has a whole tank of cobra guppies.  I think these look similar to the tequila guppies and they are not in most LFS.

It's like the saying " first impressions" I had a bad one with them.

From my first and only exerience with them, I found them to be more interested in selling and making money, than caring about their fish or customer needs. I would not buy from them again, unless they had something I wanted very badly and could not find it anywhere else.
