Those are very nice guppies. I hope you're able to breed them, they're beautiful. My female guppy looks ready to pop, I hope she gives me some really nice fry.
I have the opposite problem, it's my husband that doesn't want more tanks!
Thanks sproett...I plan on getting their tank nice and ready today and with the help of Tiapan (thanks again) I will have lots of najas grass and moss for all my tanks. The females I got are hugungous as well and at the auction one batch ended up giving birth in the bag.
My fiance has been really understanding through it all so I'm not really complaining much.....I have told her when we go looking for a new house that we are gonna get one with an extra bedroom for me to turn into a fish room or one with a large driveway cause the garage will be converted....she has had no objections yet.
Mike invited my to come check out "all of the weirdos", his words not mine, so depending on what's going on I might. By the looks of how things are going now I should have a little more free time on my hands.
So many things can be a mystery, when all we're seeking is freedom...
Set up their tank for them last night.....ganked the tank from a friend's house and used substrate from one of my other tanks and a established filter from my stash and voila! Instant tank!
Used lots of Najas and a bit of xmas moss that I got from Tiapan who gave me more then a generous amount. Picked up a light fixture from TheKarens earlier tonight and now look at it!
Moss and Najas grass blasted with 130w of PC lighting!!!! Also Noticed while I was setting the light up that there are little fry swimming around now too! Oh I got a huge piece of anubias nana petite that I scored today as well for almost nothing....now where did I put that bag?
Thanks Walter....I really don't want another planted tank so I threw the najas in to serve as a safe haven for th fry. Hopefully the plants don't fry with all the lighting I plan on running on it. 8)
