It's set up somewhat already....filled with water and unfilled then refilled....been procrastinating about it.....or just lazy actually.

Well the 10g that the black guppies will be bred in has been up and running for some time now.....the 30g will house most of the males that I plan to keep or play with as well as other fish.

Well, blasting the tank with 130w of PC has really shown it's worth......


compare the najas and moss to the previous pictures. 8O

I plan on setting up a few tanks for shrimp breeding so I will be pulling a lot of that stuff out for the other tanks.

Woke up today to find two prego females dead  :(

The third female dropped babies though.....looks like 20+

well thats not so encouraging, keep that female alive, it is very important to have a big genetic diversity.
are you going to hla meeting in fish ranch on saturday, i will go with some nice fish, see you there if you go.

Diego, Ken has a tank that the HLA owes you if you remind him you might get it then.

Eklikewhoa, sorry about the females. At least you seem to be getting some babies to keep the line going. The planted tank is beautiful!

I will be at the HLA meeting.....very discouraging about the females.

I think it was a birthing problem though cause they both were really huge! I did get a tank full of babies from them though when I first got them home.
