Guppy has something coming out of it

yesterday it looked like only poop. today its that big now. she doesn't move much and shes always just floating at the top. usually when i see her shes hiding by herself behind all the plants. No recent changes to the tank. no additions.

i'm almost thinking she was pregnant and had some sort of blow-out... i've never seen anything like it, but if it's a contagious disease or not, she's suffering. pull her.

Poor thing. Yeah, I'm not positive what it is either, but whatever it is- isn't good.

The guppy was separated earlier today. No clue what he plans on doing with it, but I told him to just flush it or toss it out on the lawn.
