Kinda, since you didn't rinse the sand in a bucket. What you could do is do a 100% water change and then when you refill, use a plastic cup or bowl to deflect the water coming into the tank. That way it doesn't throw the sand everywhere.

There's always the option to let the water sit if you're patient enough. After a while the sand will settle on the bottom.

i did rinse it . With my hands in the tank and filled and drained at the same time. Il let my fulval try settle it. I have a large sponge in there as a pre filter. Il let it all be for now and see how it turns out

          cheers

IMO: this is a bad idea. Turn the filters off. Remove all the water or as much as possable. Wait 24 hours and then fill using a plate on the sand to deflect the water off the sand and fill slow.
If you run the filter with all the sand flying around it will wear out internal parts faster.

It will still make it to the filter even if you have a pre filter

Imo stop stirring it. You're just causing a mess. You don't have to let it sit for 24 hrs. Just drain it completely and let it sit for a bit. Then refill slowly with a bowl/plate/cup to deflect water as to keep from stirring up the sand again.

When it's full let it sit. The sand should settle at the bottom. Then turn on your filter and it'll clear up. It's what I did with my tank. I put in the sand when the water was already in. Only took a day for the sand to settle then the filters cleaned up the rest.

just filled. Its more milky looking rather then sand.
cant seem to get my head around this , everytime i even tocuh the sand a milky dirty cloud pops up which turns the tank like this , its a nightmare , i may just leave the tank for couple days and see what happends my filters are currently off

                            cheers

Washing the sand prior to putting it in the tank is really the trick and until the water is clear, keep rinsing. If it looks a slight bit cloudy, rinse it five more times at least. The effect is amplified once it gets in the tank. You are experiancing a very fine dustlike particulate that sand collects when it is dry and the only way to remove it is through water changeing it. With it being that bad, I'd recommend complete removal and starting over again. Otherwise, every time you mess with anything in the tank, you'll stir up that fine sediment and it will clog filters until it is removed. To avoid months and years of headache, just drain the tank, pull out sand by the buckets and rinse it thouroughly. Take your time doing it and make sure its clear of any cloudiness or particulates, you'll be happy you took the time and will make it far more fun years down the road.

                                complete removal it is.
im currently on work holidays so im more than happy to do some hard work. Il get all this in a wheel barrow tommoro and hose it in there. As you can see in my picture i have a easy access window. So il transfer it out thata way tommoro. Il rinse it the best i can. Its going to be a struggle to get out. May have to purchase a mini shovel

                                cheers
