.......I paid more than a dollar for 12 guppies.
Went to check out new tanks thanks to Ellen's thread and as always you gotta check out the fishies. Well this time the fiance saw some fish that she liked and since they weren't goldfish I told her we had room for them. After it was all said and done we got three red guppies, one male and two female.
I was never a fan of guppies other than as feeders but these actually added some color to my plant tank being bright red. The male is almost full body red except for the stomach and the females are red in the tail only along with the top portion of their body leading to the tail.
For those that breed what is a good ratio for these? along with any tips on keeping them happy.
