consult a dictionary and educate yourself on the meaning of hypocrisy, home slice. he can collect and still prefer not to divulge the location on a public forum in order to protect the stock without being hypocritical. it wasn't even a response to you, but thx for taking it all extra personal and getting pissy.

is there any way to turn off auto notifications?

Did a bit of googling, and haven't found any pics with a hump that big. When I first saw them swimming around, I thought it was a flowerhorn. I've never seen another fish with a head hump that large.
I dunno what all the anger is about.

I would not tell y'all where I got my stash either.

Hi, I have caught 7 of them in mason creek, katy. All of them are 6-8" size. I had put 2 of them with my 4 bigger tiger oscars. It seems peaceful so far...

i had about a dozen of these in a 6 foot tank with 4/5 breeding pairs, none of mine had humps that big! impressive! i highly recommend these fish if you can get them, the breeding coloration is spectacular.

Are these Texas Cichlid as well ? They are plentiful in the ditches at a refinery I used to work at, They seem very territorial . I used to watch and feed them at lunch.

the ones i had were given to me, i was told they had been "rescued" from polluted/drying up ditches at around 2-3 inches and grown out in a 125g tank with similarly aquired mexican tetras.
