As the title states, anyone know a good place? I know a couple areas but those places have very few of them and I'm looking to catch big ones. Oh, and places where bowfins are would be nice too. Help a guy out please? lol

On West Road between Airline and 45 there are Texas Cichlids about 6 inches long. There are also hybrids of Mollies and Gambusia in there. Watch out for snapping turtles, snakes and Nutria rats.

It is just a two ft wide by one ft deep drain at the side of a school but the wildlife in there is amazing.

In my experience, just about everywhere near Austin has Texas Cichlids.Scarecrow : I haven't got a brain... only straw.
Dorothy : How can you talk if you haven't got a brain?
Scarecrow: I don't know... But some people without brains do an awful lot of talking... don't they?
Dorothy: Yes, I guess you're right.
