  • pruning stem plants

i've not had stem plants in years and just got some about 10 days ago, some have grown upto the top already!!! so i want to prune them

what is the best way to prune stem plants? just cut off whatever length i want from the top? or do i need to look out for anything while cutting off?

I normally cut about 2/3 of where I want them to top off at.

Others will top the plants cutting the tops to replant.

The lower you cut, the more "bushy" it will grow out. After trimming, a lot of stem plants will send out little "runners" and grow more full.
