There's a dilution formula on TheKrib to make drops with the PMDD. Not sure about individual solutions. Let me look around a little and see what I can find.

What are the facts? Again and again and again--what are the facts? Shun wishful thinking, ignore devine revelation, forget what "the stars foretell", avoid opinion, care not what the neighbors think, never mind the unguessable "verdict of history"--what are the facts, and to how many decimal places? You pilot always into an unknown future; facts are your only clue.
Daniel that depends on several factors; plant mass, light intensity and photoperiod, co2...
On my 125 I did a 50% water change every other day and dosed after each water change. I dosed dry 1 1/4 tsp for roughly 100 gal of water. This isn't a good example because you're probably not doing 50 water changes every other day.
In my 36 bow, with moderate light and excel as carbon source, I dose 1/8 tsp 3 times a week, then do 50% water change every Sunday. It is heavily planted.
What size tank do you have? Light? co2?

I'm doing a 30-40% h20 change every other weekend and things are maintaining pretty good. I know it could be better. house, demanding job, two teenage daughters and a good wife that keeps us all jumping.
Specs are
75 gallon tank
230W's of light 9 hours per day
co2 injection via co2 reactor
synch'd together on automatic timer
Moderately planted with Blyxa, 3 tiger lotus, madagascar lace, melon sword, cardinal plant and a few other things.
Eheim 2213 and Korolia power head
Will be making a 29 gallon bio cube into a plant tank as time allows.
Daniel, I'd start light with about 1/4 tsp three times a week and a weekly 50% water change to keep the levels from accumulating on you. During the first weeks after you begin dosing, keep an eye out for algae. If it starts forming, lower the fert dose. Also, suggested co2 sat is 25 to 30 ppm. What is the concentration of co2 in your water? If algae forms you may have to bump the co2 up. Getting a tank balanced sometimes takes me a while. Luis or one of the other gurus may have some more constructive input for you.
