  • 10G "Spring Colors"

Hi friends , just wanted to share some sneak peek of my latest aquascape. I call it " Spring Colors" as I have tried to create a spring foliage mood with use of beautiful red stem plants. This scape is far from complete. I will share the details of the scape and development pics as we go along.

Thanks for looking and let me know what you think.

It's beautiful! Seriously, I love it. You say it's not complete, but I have been looking at these pics trying to figure out how you would improve on it.

Thanks a lot, Traci. I am waiting for the stems to fill in a bit more so that I can Hack them the way I want.

        Looking good Bhushan!

Not feeling the color transition though... too predictable.

Just thinking beyond that of your weak mind and offering constructive critism.

I have to see the whole tank (front picture) otherwise is hard to judge.
                      Cheers,

                        The Luis has spoken......he's famous

The lava rock needs some hiding though. And the Anubias is really hidden, it is like where's Waldo.

Yeah that bottom right corner looks really out of place, the large slanted trunk up top, the rounded anubias leaves below and the bareness of the rocks at the bottom really draws the eyes. All that starting with the colored plants on the right.

I did not notice there was Blyxa, Hyrgo and whatever else mixed together in the center there till now.

                            ek

It is STAUROGYNE SP. 'LOW GROW' not hygro. Get with the times man, you are behind.

The Blyxa I noticed, but did not think it could grow to its full potintial in its current location. Not bad just used a plant in a differant way.

Quoc, thanks for the honest critique.

Kevin and Luis I will post the front shots and specs soon. This scape is by no means complete yet.
