Wowee, that looks fantastic! I love the layout, and the distinctive grouping of the plants.  From my experience, it's difficult to keep the plants so orderly once they start growing in. Great job!

Changed it up a bit and recently recovered from a mean defiency using the dry ferts with the co2/plant/high lighting.

Maybe you should try changing your routine?

I dose heavily and don't test for anything and then just water change at end of the week.

I just got my Co2 tank refilled. so my numbers are off. I'll test now to see where my nitrate is at and then get started on a more detailed dosing schedual.

What ratio of kno3 to kso4 to trace are you using?

To tell you the truth I was dosing 1/8 tsp of NPK and 1/2 tsp of csm+b along with 5ml of seachem Iron for my 30g and still had potassium and iron difiencies.

That's is double the Estimative Index for the tank which is suggested for heavily planted/high light.

I don't test params but once in awhile I check nitrates and its at 5ppms but doesn't stay there for long.

Co2 is set at 5bps on the light schedule but cuts off 1hr before the lights. This gets me to between 30-40ppms of co2 which the plants just suck up.

I have since changed my dosing and ferts to ADA cause after using their ECA iron supplement for my diffiency and seeing it bring back the plants in such short time I am a believer.  Their ferts are pretty vague as to description and they suggest dosing daily but I just went with what I used for seachem(which worked great for me in the past)....Iron everyday(step2), NPK every other day(brighty lights[which is high in NP] and brighty K) and Pyton-git,ECA and green gain after water changes. So far all the mystery supplements do what they describe to do so I have no doubts.

Their line is a bit expensive but I never got into this hobby to "save" money.
