Yeah, I think the zebras would have looked better in this tank. They're darker. But I'm gonna let these guys do their job, and then maybe move some snails around. :)
They got to work within about a minute of being put in the tank.
The gobies are awesome, but they're a bit bigger than I thought they'd be. I might move them to another tank eventually, as well. My main planned fish for this tank are going to look too small in comparison, IMO.
BTW, the BNs are just temporary. I got them for work and am babysitting, and since my other WT tank is occupied right now, this was the only place for them. Crossing my fingers I won't mess up the tank too badly when I have to get them out.Last edited by Mzungu; 03-13-2010, 07:28 AM."Millennium hand and shrimp!"

Just uploaded this one, it's literally a couple minutes after I had done a huge water change and then dropped the snails and fish in there. He had already made a beeline for the algae spot. :)
More to follow. I'll take some clearer pictures of the tracked nerites for you today when the lights come on, Mike."Millennium hand and shrimp!"

This was yesterday.
A Red Stiphodon goby:
Can anyone say "bacterial bloom?" )
I'm quite frustrated with the CO2. Almost every day I have to adjust it. The fluctuations are heaven for algae. :( And I've had 4 amano shrimp deaths so far - not sure why. :( I really need to figure out why the CO2's not staying set where it should be."Millennium hand and shrimp!"
