10g Crypt Tank

all the crypts started melting and the and i had a huge outbreak of green algae, i ditched the idea until i can afford the setup i want.

im doin gmy original plan of sw.

im going to do a panted crypt tank, but only when i can get an ada 45-p ada co2 system, and a clean lighting system.

i just dont have the time or funds right now for allt hat.

but i have all the stuff for a sw tank, so im doing that.

Well just so you know it is expected that crypts will melt when first introduced into another tank. BUT they grow back, so perhaps you ditched the idea too soon. Those plants should all be ok so I hope you didn't toss them. If you don't want them I am sure someone on here would like them.

Also green algae is also very common in new tanks. it will go away by itself with time

btw, i still have the plants, they are in my 75g.

the green one is covered in brown beard algae.
