depends on the plug type.. home depot seems to have the square pin type bulbs. They sell them at specialty lights and lamp stores

HomeDepot sells the quad bulbs and they are 2-pin square base.

The bulbs are 6700k and HomeDepot happens to sell the replacements as well.

Right now there is a desklamp on sale for $19.99 which comes with the quad   bulb
