CO2 Refill

I bought a co2 set up on here and the reg is partially broken. My CO2 has stopped bubbling so i am assuming the other gauge is faulty since it says the tank is mostly full. Where is the cheapest place to get a refill? Wheres a place close to Beltway 8 and I 10 - close to Memorial City Mall? Thanks!!
