    yeah i had missed in my research that willow liked colder water. it was doing okay until the excel, and the parts that are browning are right where the biowheel dumps its output...i dose on the filter pad (its an eclipse 12 tank). i think i will remove what is still doing well and try to save it in another tank. roy and sasha gave me a bit of flame to try and i will pick up some fissidens from heipsta at the GHAC meeting. if i run across some christmas or peacock i might even throw that in.

    i have a 190 page report on glutaraldehyde, it mentions the half life in there too but not too much an aquarium applications
