Their are 4 Big males in there and they are always displaying to each other. There are scuffles but nothing serious. I haven't been able to find them a mate . :( .The rams never bother the cories.

hey HFF, there is a single ram in fishgallery that has been there for at least 3 weeks, it is very healthy in a tank with misc. fish that were brought to the store by people i think, anyway, i think that one might be a female (not completely sure though), i would pick it up myself, but i want to get some german rams and try those out first

Thanks for the tip Finfan . I will check it out next week. But with Bolivian rams its really hard to distinguish the sex till they are full grown.

I would love to buy a proven pair of Bolivian rams if any one wants to sell it.

ahh so nice, can't wait till i get my large planted tank, will get both bolivian and germans, btw, there is a thread within south american cichlids where there is discussion on bolivians spawning

i have bolivian and german rams in my 75 gallon planted....i love the little guys big time.....just remember that the little german blue's are very sensitive to water....they have to have a soft environment with a low ph....my tank is 6.8 ph and very soft ...they are so colorful and happy in there.....i'll try to snap a pic of them and post it .....but to comment on your tank....it's gorgeous.....i love the whole effect of it.....very nice work.....
