  • Wabi Kusa

So I'm going to start a wabi kusa tank. I found a guy selling them on planted tanks for a decent price and also he gives discounts as long as you're a teen, lucky me .

All I need is a long and short nano tank. Anyone have any ideas where I can get the tank build without ridiculously spending $350.00 at Fish Gallery?
Will trade Fish Stuff for Camera Lens and Anime Figures.

Going on your other two planted tanks, this should look very good as well.

They can do a custom build for you here, this is a local company.

DIY one, you won't need much volume.

Sasha and I have tossed around the idea of doing one and found an awesome tank up at Cost Plus World Market for like $15.00. It did not have anything stenciled on it, but otherwise looked terrific. We have yet to get everything and were just in the 'thinking' about it phase. Maybe this might motivate me sooner....

those mr. aqua shelf tanks are pretty inexpensive i think, also the schuber wright aquariums which even come with low iron glass. there are good deals on ebay for S-W aquariums and finnex gear combos

LOL, indeed Jeff. It was something we had in mind quite some time ago and got put on the back burner as we were trying the 1/2 gallon shrimp flower vase on the kitchen counter to determine the viability of a Wabi Kusa for livestock and longevity. I have seen quite a few different styles, but I was thinking something like this could be done on literally leftovers from other tanks and a glass bowl.

from something like this at Cost Plus or Garden Ridge
