Local Scaping Stones?

College, broke, and looking for places where I can get grey-black mountain stones. Can't afford those fancy big boy stones people got from Japan, so I will play with what is locally available. No stones around my parts, just marsh and the toxic Brio Superfund Site in the backyard.

I like grey. Looks doesn't really matter for me. As long as it's not riverstones, I can use it.

not riverstones? i'm sorry, i just want to make sure we're clear... do you have or could you find pics of either what you want or what you don't want? i have TONS of stones here, all different types.

I guess he's looking for something like Seiryu, ohko, etc. Rocks with the rugged look to it?

I have a ton of different black/gray dark stones with a jagged and rugged look. They are all over our parking lot in Cameron La. and I grab a ton just for scaping...
