Cheapest place to buy aqua soil?

It used to be HAW or fish gallery at ~$26, but that was a couple of years ago. Was wondering what it was going for nowadays and at what locations. Thanks for the help!

Last time I was at City Pets, they had 12 boxes. Each box has 3 bags of the 9L bags. They have plenty. I think it's $30-35? I paid $30 when they had their anniversary sale.
