need help/advise on first ever planted tank

Like the title says. I think i would like to make my 10 gallon where i keep my feeder fish a planted tank so it looks better.

I like the grassy bottom look but i dont know what all i need or the best place to buy stuff.

I live like in between fish gallery and xtreem fish and a few other places.

Try fish gallery. They have a decent selection of plants. There's also city pets. You could also make a wanted thread here. Most of the members here have plants that the stores most likely won't get

Get you some Aqua soil.
Dwarf hair grass will grow in and carpet the bottom.
