I did an experiment with two tanks. same plants but one with Co2 and the other without.. Big difference .. it may not seem the plants are starving in a tank without CO2 but same as a person on a diet..hehehe

There are about 20 baby mollies in there and a lot if baby shrimp floating everywhere! I started with 15 mollies 15 neon tetras 2 Siamese algae eaters and about 42 ghost shrimp and now there's babies everywhere I look!

Introduce a predator? Something smaller that will keep up and slowly reduce the population would be prefered. I know someone who had a similar setup and they utilized a ropefish as they can only eat the smallest of offspring and are far slower eaters. They do best in densely planted tanks and can be a real showcase species. In the land of the blind, the one-eyed man is king.
