Looks like Najas Graminea (Star Grass) or perhaps Najas Guadalupensis (Guppy Grass) to me, but I have always had a difficult time determining species unless they are grown under the exact same conditions.

Stems are one of my very weak areas, we have quite a few different varieties and most without CO2 addition eventually all look like Rotala Indica to me. Do you have any other clues or indicators that might narrow it down a bit?

Do you have a close up picture? Just looks like anacharis to me...

Scarecrow: I don't know... But some people without brains do an awful lot of talking... don't they?
Dorothy: Yes, I guess you're right.

+1. I'm interested as well, I'm terrible at ID'ing these stem plants. I'm along for some pointers!

Anacharis is always tough to spot with all the nearly identical species. With the leaf length I could see Egeria Najas (Narrow Leaf Elodea), though Hydrilla Verticulata looks very similar as well.
