    Also a heads up if your tank has cichlids. Plants and cichlids don't seem to work well together. They'll dig up the plants and nip at them.

        South American dwarf cichlids are great choices as well as the Curviceps and a few oddballs (festivums, angelfish, pike cichlids)

          rams are a good choice too. fill it with tetras or rasboras. you can do so much with plant friendly tanks/fish.

            I like the big planted tank. 20g tank will plant and look full right away. But a big tank takes some time to fill in. R is your 75g planted?
            I know you Geo's will tare up some plants. you are never going to have carpet with geo's...

              yes i have plants, i think they are Java petite (cant rememebr wht roy gave me) they are attached to drift wood. also moss and is also attached to drift wood. the geos change my landscape daily.

              btw i want a carpet for my shrimp tank.

                On the driftwood is the best place with Geo's.
