Are there any tools anyone can recommend to determine if I have the right pressurized CO2 balance? I think I may not be pumping out enough CO2. I believe this may be causing the black algae on my plants. Just troubleshooting.

Drop checker? DKh Solution is a good start. There are volume charts on various websites, but a drop checker is your best bet for an accurate and up to the minute determination of CO2 levels in your tank. Something along these lines, though there are far cheaper alternatives on EbayIn the land of the blind, the one-eyed man is king.
