Don't leave me in the dark....need lighting advice

In my 135 gallon high-tech planted tank, I will have four 36-inch Finnex Ray2 6700K LED lights (a few inches above the water line). However, the canopy (above the LED lights) has two fixtures that each hold two lights (total of 4 fluorescent bulbs). When I purchased the tank, it came with Philips T8 cheap lights. I have the ability to augment my tank with more lighting (will also have a CO2 system).

What do you recommend?

Is there a sunshine type bulb(fluorescent) that comes in a t8? If so I don't know why u could not use that.
