Co2 level?

Im a newbie in planted aquarium.How do you know if you have a correct amount of Co2.I have 180g tank.Thanks.

You can get a co2 drop checker that will measure the amount of co2 in the water. I have never personally used one though.

The indicator is only approximate. I find that I have to increase the CO2 rate even when the color appears to be a lighter green than the reference standard. The reference standard is 30 ppm CO2.
