suggested places to get co2 tanks in Friendswood

Thinnking of going pressurized in my bigger tank ... well, big for me ... and would like to get any ideas on where to get a nice 5lbs tank near or in Friendswood. Also, any suggestions on good reliable regulators would be much appreciated.
