plant hardiness

I have hadmy planted tank up for I guess a month now... The plants all look good.. but not greatlike some of these tanks I see.... I notice that some of the plants look a little weak.. I have brand new ADA soil.... no CO2 tank is cycling real good.. I have 10 angels and 10 black neons... 75 gallon tank... is there something I should add... should I hook up a DIY co2 bottle?   I see these post of people who just throw the tank together and they look really nice... any tips?   thanks

I'm gonna take a wild guess and say that you didn't do a lot of water changes initially.

^^^^ thats what I was gonna say.  you gotta change that water like 50% every day for a week, then every other day for another week.
