Well did a voltage check 119.4vac with all lights on and 119.9 with the two new 10,000K off. I don't think that is enough to make a differance. What about yall.

I got to thinking. I can't really do a test because I changed to the 72" fixture in the back last night!! tonight when the lights go out I am going to turn the 10s off and compare the bubble rate when I get home tomorrow. I do like how the 10s in the front of the tank brighten it up and bring out the fish colors.
