what to feed d. puffers?

So i just got 3 d. puffers.  they are fighting off the snails really well.  But i also have some RCS in there with them.  I dont what the puffers to start killing them off.  So i was think I can feed them something to keep them full so they can leave the RCS alone.

What can the feed the puffers?
All i can think is blood warms.....what else can I try to get them to eat?

my puffers like to eat blood worms and NLS food....i feed them the 3mm cichlid formula

nice......i'm going to get BW for them soon. i alrdy have NLS from the trophs so I'm starting feed them that for now to see how they react to the food.

do you think the shrimps will eat NLS and BW too?

i feed my shrimp wafers....i break them apart and they jump all over them.....they are more scavenger than not.....that's what i feed the one's i have that i'm holding for cichlidfan.... :)

what kind of shimps?

last time i had some amano's i feed them flakes and they did find.....

Shrimp are scavengers.....they will find whatever to eat.

As for the Puffers......they are small so you might have to break some things down for them but, Bloodworms(fatty), Brineshrimp, Mysis(my choice), Krill(second choice) or make a shrimp mix which would get messy.

I have some shrimp mix if you want to try it......

the last 3 I had wont eat anything but snails......

I wouldnt leave the RCS in with them, they'll get nibbled eventually.

yeah....i have only read that puffers will eat the shrimps....never really seen it personally.
