    what's a cheap alternative for co2, other than diy or that hagen kit. like is there a fire extinguisher version or something? I'm really tired of having to make diy bottles every 2 weeks :<
    and anyone know any good stem plants like limnophila aromatica.

    Not really.  Just get a small tank and a cheapo regulator.  Nothing beats pressurized.  in the long run, you will save a lot of money.
