    Flourish Excel

    Anyone know of any retailers on the southest side that sell Excel. I need a bottle but havent been able to find anywhere that sells it in or around the Pasadena Area.  


    Having the starts of what looks like BBA and wanna get it before it blooms too much. Have removed the DIY CO2 all togeather (have only 2 26 wat 6500 bulbs for my 20 long tank so I really dont need it) as I think the flucuations in the CO2 have cuased the outbreak. Decided its just safer and easier although a bit more expensive to dose with Flourish Excel.


    Also on a side note should I add ferts (Flourish) to the tank and if so should I do it twice a week, or since I am removing the CO2 and have 2.6 watt/gal should I just skip it completly and maybe add it time to time?

            petsmart carries flourish, dont know about the flourish excel.

              Yep I had bought Flourish from Petsmart but they did not have Excel. I picked up a bottle from AquaZoo today

                how south are you talking about both fish ranch II and Haw should have excel

                        Dan at HAW has it, and a good selection of other goodies for plants and he has the lowest prices in town as far as I can tell.

                          last quite some time if your dosing a smaller tank like yours and way cheaper in the long run
