So it's been about a week since I finished treating Suki for IP's: Jungle Parasite Clear tabs, soaked her food with a good sized chunk of the tab for an hour plus, daily for 5 days. I'm trying to figure out if I need to treat her again- how do you know if you got the IP's, or if you need to re-treat?
I've read that after treatment, their poo should not only firm up but darken to a brownish/darker color, this hasn't happened. It's definitely firm, no more 'string of pearls' type poo, but instead of dark, it's white to...sort of peach in color. I feed her mostly table shrimp, crab chunks and ramshorn snails. Occasionally clams and crawfish. Is that what I'm looking for?
Anyone with fahakas have any thoughts? What color should her poo be? Should I re-treat to be safe?
Thanks everyone!
