Maybe her tummy is sore from the worm and needs to heal inside. Like when you're hungry, but just had a tooth pulled and you know it will hurt to chew, so you just say no to food for a few days.

I hope she gets better soon.. I looked at the pictures, and thankfully, what I had didnt look the same .. thank god (else I would be calling mom and talking to her about her fish)
I hope she starts eating soon... thankfully fish are known to have gone a month without eating and coming out of that without any problems.. :)
