H. Pearsi Dietary Needs

i just got a juvinile Herycthis Pearsi from Rico, it is ~2"tl

i want to know the dietary needs of this fish.

right now, im feeding a Hikari Frozzen Bloodworms everyday, which i have always done with all of my fish.
Omega One Freshwater Flakes
Tetra Cichlid Sticks
and Fuhitian Freeze Dried Shrimps
i am going today to pickup some more
NLS 1mm Cichlid Formula

is this a good diet?

i also have
1 - 4" Adult Male Neetroplus Nematopus
and a pair of Cryptoheros Sajica in the 125g with the pearsi.

i have 3 about 6-8" in the junkyard.they get flakes just like everyone else.that being said,pretty sure they're a herbivore
