My brother brought home 11 of these suckers . Don't know what to do with them. Anyone have any insights?? I am fish sitting them for him.

What do you want to know about them? They are a type of rainbowfish (not cichlid) that like neutral pH. One thing to make note of is that they have particularly small throats for the size fish that they are. I wouldn't recommend feeing pellets.Scarecrow : I haven't got a brain... only straw.

I got a whole bunch of pellets. Mostly Dainichi . Will start their feeding tomorrow.
He brought to me 11 of them. They are big too. I gues I'm gonna try them for a while to see if they breed.

I would feed them flakes, regular tropical stuff. They love bloodworm and pc micese shrimp also.Comment
